Q2. What should I do if products have problems?
A: Sea+ Link responsible for all the printer spair parts we sold,we need our clients assist to provide us the detailed informaiton for checking the reason. And assure complete after-sales service refund if the quality problem is caused and proved by our manufacturing process or unsuitable packing.
Q3. How about getting samples from you?
A: We will send you the samples after we receive the payment for samples. The buyer shall afford the shipping cost. Please confirm with us which shipping way do you want.
